This Pinot Noir comes from vineyards located on the slopes of Cabezo de la Virgen, where they are grown following environmentally friendly methods. The harvest is done by hand, carefully selecting each cluster to preserve the fresh character of the fruit. The grapes are placed in small tanks for a controlled fermentation that maintains the integrity of the grain. The natural production process allows this wine to retain all its authenticity, showing in each glass the personality of its vineyard of origin.
