Made with a selection of Monastrell and Merlot grapes, this wine reflects the essence of the "Cabezo de la Virgen" area. Merlot strains are grown in sandy-silty soils with pebbles, while Monastrell grows in sandy loam soils. Both varieties are worked under sustainable practices, and the manual harvest guarantees that the grapes arrive at the winery in their optimal condition. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine shows its fresh, mineral character and full of nuances. Its artisanal and natural production allows it to maintain all the expression of its terroir.
Tasting note
View: Burgundy violet color, clean and bright, medium layer.
Nose: Fresh aromas of red and black fruits such as cherries, blackberries and plums, accompanied by floral notes of violets. Mineral and spicy touches are gradually appreciated.
Boca: Round entry with balanced acidity and polished tannins. Long finish with hints of black fruits, minerals and spices.
