This wine is an authentic expression of the landscape of the "Cabezo de la Virgen" area, where the Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon strains are grown in sandy-silty soils and sandy loam. With sustainable and careful viticulture, the grapes are harvested by hand to preserve their maximum freshness. The artisanal winemaking process and fermentation in small stainless steel tanks allow us to obtain a wine with unique character. Certified as a vegan wine, the Enrique Mendoza Monastrell - Cabernet stands out for its balance between freshness, complexity and structure.
