Pedrin Oysters Vermouth
The Valencian Community is a privileged place for vine cultivation. Its varied soils, ranging from sand to clay, and local microclimates give rise to a wide range of white, red and rosé wines, each with its own personality.
The Valencian whites, fresh and aromatic, are a true delight for the palate. Native varieties give these wines floral and citrus notes that make them the perfect accompaniment to fish and rice. In coastal areas, whites tend to be lighter and fresher, while in the interior they acquire greater body and complexity.
The Valencian reds, especially those made with the Monastrell variety, are wines of character, with marked tannins and an intensity aromaticthat makes them unmistakable. In the Alicante area, red wines are generally more concentrated and spicy, ideal for pairing with red meats and stews. In Utiel-Requena, the Monastrell variety gives rise to more elegant wines with notes of black fruit.
The Valencian rosés, made mainly with Garnacha Tintorera, are versatile wines that adapt to any occasion. They tend to be fresh and fruity wines, but there are also more structured and complex rosés, capable of surprising even the most demanding palates.
The Valencian Community has several appellations of origin that protect the quality and typicity of its wines. In short, its diversity is so wide that it is impossible not to find a Valencian wine that adapts to every taste and occasion.
