The Ostras Pedrín Vermouth is an artisan vermouth made with wine from the Hoya de Cadenas vineyards, and macerated for a month and a half with 37 selected botanicals. It stands out for its balance between citrus and vegetable notes, which provide freshness and complexity. Intense mahogany in color with ruby red reflections, the nose presents an explosion of citrus aromas such as orange peel, lime and grapefruit, complemented by endemic herbs of the Valencian Community, such as Pebrella and Savory. In the mouth, it is broad and robust, with an agile step and a long and elegant finish, marked by a pleasant bitter touch. It is perfect to enjoy with ice, ideal for aperitif or afternoon moments.
