Coming from the Jalón Valley in Valencia, Viña de Ulises reflects the rich wine heritage of the Valencian Community. The grapes are grown in clay and calcareous soils, ideal for growing the Giró variety, which provides vibrant acidity. The harvest is carried out manually, and the grapes are carefully selected before fermenting in stainless steel tanks for 5 days, using native yeasts.
After fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in used French oak barrels, which provides subtlety and complexity without overpowering its freshness. The result is a light and accessible red wine that maintains the youthful essence of its varieties, ideal to enjoy at any time.
