Made by Bodegas Gutiérrez de la Vega, Rojo y Negro is made with old vines from Giró, grown in clay soils with great presence of iron and pebbles. The harvest is carried out manually, followed by careful fermentation that produces a voluptuous wine, with sweet tannins and a fresh touch characteristic of the Marina Alta. After aging for 20 months in French and Slavic oak barrels, the result is a complex and elegant wine, with aromas of cherry, balsamic and spicy notes that make it unique.
