Les Freses is characterized by a meticulous production process, beginning with a fermentation initiated by yeasts from a foot of vat, five days before the harvest. Fermented at low temperature in stainless steel tanks, this wine retains all the fresh and fruity character of the grape. Furthermore, aging on fine lees for 3 to 4 months in different batches adds a soft and silky texture, highlighting its exclusivity and quality. Each bottle of Les Freses reflects the dedication to a limited production that always seeks to offer the best of the Muscat of Alexandria variety.
