Made by direct pressing of whole grapes, Bobal Rosa is characterized by gentle pressing that allows only 50% of the yield to be extracted, obtaining a fine and aromatic must. Before starting fermentation, a four-day maceration is carried out with its lees to enhance its body and roundness. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 14ºC for three weeks, and subsequently, the wine is left in contact with its lees for three months, which gives it a sensation of creaminess and volume in the mouth.
