Made in the D.O. Alicante, Parima Orgánico comes from vineyards located between the mountains of Salinas, Umbría and La Sima, at an altitude of between 600 and 750 meters. These limestone soils, covered with stones, acclimatize and protect the terrain, offering ideal conditions for Monastrell. With a harvest that takes advantage of the favorable thermal conditions, the grapes ripen slowly, providing intensity and complexity to the wine. Parima Orgánico is made with native yeasts and goes through fermentation in tanks before aging for 6 months in French barrels. The result is a concentrated, full-bodied wine with an explosion of red fruit flavors.
