Made from vineyards planted between 1935 and 1970 in the Vinalopó Medio (Pinoso, Salinas, Monóvar), Tarima Hill is a wine of high expression. The vines, grown in limestone soils poor in organic matter, produce grapes that ripen slowly under the Mediterranean climate. The harvest is carried out at the optimal moment of maturation, allowing natural fermentation with native yeasts and a malolactic fermentation process in barrels. Its 14-month aging in French barrels gives it a perfect balance between power and elegance, making this wine an exceptional option for those looking for an authentic Monastrell.
