The Fruto Noble is an estate wine made with 70% Monastrell and 30% Syrah, grown in the Finca La Serratain Villena, Alicante. Aged for 4 months in Allier French oak barrels, this wine offers a fresh and balanced expression, with a subtle toasted touch.

The Fruto Noble is born in vineyards located at 650 meters above sea level in Finca La Serrata, on sandy and limestone soils with high permeability. Each variety is harvested separately at its optimal point of ripeness, and the grapes ferment at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks with native yeasts. With a moderate extraction, the aim is to maintain balance and highlight the fruit. After aging for 4 months in Allier French oak barrels, with a medium-light toast, the wine retains all its freshness and elegance.

Nose: Bouquet of Mediterranean plants and fresh fruit, with fine notes of toast and smoke from its light passage through the barrel.
Mouth: Balanced and fresh, with a soft and elegant finish.
