The Ciento Volando White Vermouth, made by Bodegas Urbanas, is an artisanal recipe that combines organic white wine from the Macabeo variety with a maceration of carefully selected botanicals. This vermouth stands out for its freshness, with a predominance of citrus notes of orange, lemon and grapefruit, complemented by aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean forest. Its artisanal barrel maturation process, together with the addition of organic cane sugar, provides a complex aromatic profile well balanced between sweetness and bitterness. Sweet and floral aromas are perceived on the nose, while on the palate it is dry, with hints of citrus and aromatic plants that round out an experience of great length and depth.
