White tahúlla
Tahulla is a white wine aged on lees, handcrafted by Aida i Luis Vinyaters in Xaló, Alicante. This wine comes from four micro-plots located in Benitatxell, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, which provides a unique microclimate for the cultivation of Muscat of Alexandria.

The marine influence and the white clay soils of these vineyards, combined with a dry climate and the salinity of the environment, allow the grapes to develop a thicker skin, thus enhancing their aromatic profile and distinctive character. The Tahulla 2021 stands out for its completely artisanal production process, which includes manual harvesting and natural fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts. Maceration with skins and aging on lees for three months give the wine a unique complexity and smoothness. This respectful approach to nature and local traditions results in a wine that authentically reflects the Mediterranean terroir and the character of Muscat of Alexandria.
Tasting note
View: Golden yellow, bright and attractive.
Nose: Very aromatic, with intense notes of white flowers, pear, apricot, honey and a touch of dried grass, which reflect the Mediterranean character of the wine.
Mouth: The palate is fresh, silky and fleshy, with a creamy texture. The long aftertaste leaves a lasting impression, with a subtle saline touch that evokes the proximity of the sea.
