Coming from the region of Valencia, Flor de Ahillas is a reflection of the commitment of the Martínez Palmero family to rescue and revitalize vineyards ancient. The Merseguera vines, more than 60 years old and with limited production, give rise to a unique wine that combines freshness, structure and great concentration. Its winemaking process includes pre-fermentation maceration and aging on lees, which adds volume and character to each glass.
Tasting note
View: Straw yellow, clean and bright, with a slow tear that suggests its unctuousness.
Nose: Complex and surprising, with notes of tropical fruits and white flowers like orange blossom, which invade the senses even in the still glass.
Mouth: Unctuous in the mouth, with a well-balanced acidity that provides freshness. Its persistence and structure invite you to continue tasting it, offering a pleasant and immersive experience.
