This single-varietal wine from Monastrell is made with grapes from vineyards located at 600 meters above sea level in sandy-silty soils with gravel. The vines, 26 years old, are grown under respectful practices, without the use of insecticides, herbicides or pesticides. The harvest is done by hand and the grapes are transferred whole to stainless steel tanks for controlled fermentation, preserving all the potential of fresh fruit.
With a natural production process, La Tremenda Monastrell is suitable for vegan consumers, with the European V-Level certification. Its natural aging can cause slight sediments, which reflects its minimalist and respectful production with the grapes.
