The Flor de Taronger is a young wine made with Tempranillo and Cabernet, from 70-year-old vineyards located in the Pla de Les Useres. This wine stands out for its freshness, power and sustainable production that reflects the authentic character of its grapes.

The Flor de Taronger is made from a mixture of Tempranillo and Cabernet, grown in clay and stony soils. The winery uses organic farming techniques in conversion, respecting the environment. The grapes ferment in 1000 liter stainless steel tanks, using grape yeasts, which preserves their natural character. After a slight maceration of the skins, the wine is bottled without artificial additives or preservatives, with a minimal addition of sulfites.
Tasting note
View: Cherry color with a medium layer, clean and bright.
Nose: Fresh aromas of red fruits with a touch of yeast that evokes carbonic fermentation.
Path: Dry, with powerful flavors of red fruits, good acidity, structured and meaty. Long and tasty in the mouth, despite being a young wine.

The Flor de Taronger is perfect to accompany rice, sausages, blue fish and cheeses, thanks to its structure and freshness.
