The Pepe Mendoza Fierroca owes its name to the soils rich in iron and rock of the Abargues estate, where Giró vineyards grow with 75 years old. This wine is made through traditional fermentation with native yeasts, followed by aging for 10 months in 500-liter French Allier oak barrels. Elegant and seductive, Fierroca stands out for its expressiveness and balance, with iron memories and sanguine notes that reflect its origin. Its velvety texture and noble tannins predict an excellent evolution in the bottle.
