Narrow white
Angosto Blanco is a fresh and balanced wine, made with a careful blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling and Verdejo in equal proportions. Its vinification is carried out using methods that preserve the purity and expression of each variety.

This wine is made with grapes harvested by hand and mechanized between mid-August and September. It is pressed directly to avoid oxidation and fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. After fermentation, it is left to mature for a while on its lees, which gives it more body and flavor.
Tasting note
View: Its color is pale with greenish reflections.
Nose: On the nose, fresh aromas of citrus, white flowers and stone fruits predominate.
Mouth: In the mouth, it is balanced, long and creamy, with good acidity that provides a fresh and pleasant finish.

This wine is perfect to accompany delicate and spicy dishes, such as Asian food, salads, appetizers, smoked or marinated meats. It also shines alongside seafood rice, enhancing the flavors of each bite.
