Mediterranean Flooring
The Tarima Mediterráneo is a white wine made by Bodegas Volver in the region of Alicante, combining the native Moscatel varieties. /strong> and Merseguera. Coming from vineyards located between the mountains of Salinas, Umbría and La Sima, at an altitude of 600-750 meters > above sea level, this wine captures the essence of the Mediterranean in each bottle.

The Tarima Mediterráneo stands out for its production with grapes from old vines planted between 1960 and 1970, grown in calcareous soils poor in organic matter, which ensures low yields. and a concentration of flavors. The harvest takes place at the beginning of September, and fermentation at low temperature (16°C) allows preserving the fruity and floral aromas characteristic of the Moscatel and varieties. Merseguera, resulting in a balanced and very aromatic wine.
Tasting note
View: Pale yellow with steely reflections, clean and bright.
Nose: Intense floral aromas, with notes of white flowers and stone fruits, typical of Mediterranean varieties.
Mouth: In the mouth it is expressive and balanced, with a freshness that provides liveliness. Its finish is long and pleasant, ideal to enjoy in moments of relaxation.
