The Ceramic Monastrell is a tribute to tradition, whose name comes from the Greek term "keramiké", which means "made of clay". This wine is made from old Monastrell vines, grown in dry land, which guarantees a greater concentration of aromas and flavors. After 11 months of aging in oak barrels, the wine is refined in clay jars, giving it exceptional elegance and complexity. On the nose, notes of ripe plum, licorice, coconut and vanilla stand out. In the mouth, it is robust and broad, with sweet tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish that leaves a memory of ripe red fruits.
