The Bassus Pinot Noir is made exclusively with the Pinot Noir variety from organic vineyards located on limestone-clay soils at 700 meters of altitude. The manual harvest is carried out in special boxes to maintain the freshness of the grapes. After a careful selection process, the grapes are fermented in new French oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation also takes place. This wine ages for a minimum of 10 months in 400-liter barrels, providing great complexity and depth to its aromatic and gustatory profile.
