Tasting note
View: In view, it presents a ripe cherry red color with a violet rim and dense, slow-falling tears.
Nose: On the nose, it is powerful and expressive, highlighting ripe black fruit with freshness, along with red fruits, scrubland, mineral notes and spices such as black pepper and licorice.
Mouth: In the mouth, medium-high weight and slightly bitter finish, fruity aromas and a touch of caramelized sugar stand out in the retronasal. It is an easy-to-drink wine, with good personality and a defined character.
Recommended pairing
This red wine is perfect to accompany grilled red meats, game dishes, cured cheeses and Iberian sausages. Its structure and complexity also make it ideal for Mediterranean stews with intense sauces.
