The Red Wine +de 50 is made from Monastrell grapes grown on the unique plot "La Cruz", in El Rodriguillo, at 670 meters above sea level. This vineyard, more than 50 years old, is planted in glass and in strict dry land, which produces small, smooth berries, with a great aroma and soft tannins. The roots of the vines go deep into limestone soils with little organic matter, which gives this wine a special uniqueness. The manual harvest is carried out in the first week of October, selecting the best clusters, which are transferred to the winery just 2 km away. After a careful process of maceration and fermentation with native yeasts, the wine ages for 10 months in French oak barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation. This wine has a limited production of 15,000 bottles, which makes it a true gem.
